To All Our Valued Customers:

We hope you enjoy selecting plants from our updated list with a lot of exciting new options. We ask that you submit your order as quickly as possible. Orders cannot be accepted past the deadline of September 23, 2024 as we have a very tight timeline to submit the master order to ensure the listed pricing (If we get the order in by September 24 we will qualify for an early order discount of 10% and the prices will stay as listed). If orders are submitted after the deadline, 10% will be added to the entire order.

Proven Winners is making it increasingly difficult to distribute their products in less than a 4.25” pot. For this reason we have worked with our suppliers to find reasonable PW substitutes for as many of their products as possible. These subs are highlighted in Light Red Fill with Dark Red Text.

There are a few items we still have to order from Proven Winners. The PW grasses will automatically receive a 1 Gal PW pot. The other items will receive the 4.25” PW pot.

In order to make this a viable program and give you the lowest prices, we cannot have many extras left over; therefore, if not enough orders are received to fill full trays we will have to adjust your quantities either up or down. We will make the adjustments as minimal as possible so that each customer’s order is only slightly affected. The date that we receive your order will be taken into account when adjustments need to be made. All items are Subject to demand and availability.

SEEDLING ORDER FORM

All seedlings come in a 500 tray except for Dahlia, Cosmos, Marigolds, Daddy Mix Petunia, and Zinnias. Most varieties this year are offered as half trays (250 plugs) for week 13, exceptions are marked with an X. The 125 quantity is only available week 15.

Tags are available for $7.00 per 100.

Payment for plants will be due at time of pick up. If you are sending someone to pick up your order then please send payment with them or make arrangements with us. Preferred payment is cash, cheque, or debit and will receive a 3% discount from the listed price. Visa and MasterCard are available at the listed price.
