Description
A hardy shrub for moist or damp areas. Numerous white flowers in summer are followed by purple-black fruit which are a favourite of wildlife. Fruit is edible but is best if cooked. Use in jams, jellies, wines and sauces. Green foliage lasts throughout the season.
