Description
100 days. A white maxima type. Shape and size vary from globe to flat globe and 8-10 in/20-25 cm, 10-15 lbs./4-5 kg. Flesh is bright orange. Harvest slightly immature (late Aug.) for better white. Stress will cause a blue tinge.
